Janet Damita Jo Jackson, mejor conocida como Janet Jackson, es una cantante, bailarina y actriz. Nació el 16 de mayo de 1966 en Gary, Indiana, Estados Unidos. Es reconocida por ser una de las artistas más destacadas de la cultura popular en su país, dando sus primeros pasos en el programa The Jacksons en el año 1976.
